452 4.5.3 Too many recipients specified

im using OL XP on my LAN which is configured for

corporate/workgroup. My OS is win2k pro with sp4.

server is exchange 2k. we have about 120 mailboxes.

i tried sending a mail to all the staff in my

office & i got the below error:

"Your message did not reach some or all of the

intended recipients.

452 4.5.3 Too many recipients specified."

please advice me on how this error happens and how

can i resolve this.
