3rd Party Links Tracker Tool?

Greetings all,

I'm working on a project for a client using DreamWeaver instead of my usual
FP.

What we are looking for is a 3rd party tool that will accomplish much of
what FP can do in the Navigation view of a web. For example, we want to be
able to select page abc.htm, and then find all the pages in the web that
have links to that page.

Any ideas or recommendations?
