I do not know why Direct 3D test fails.
What should I do to fix this, do you have any idea?

Windows XP home
Memory: 512MB RAM
ATI Radeon 9550 256MB with last available ATI drivers

DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
