39 minutes stuck on re-install

Hi there,

I'm trying to re-install XP PRO SP3 onto a laptop that supposed had a crash and it is stuck at the 39 minutes left stage.

How can I fix this?

Do you have a CD with the device drivers for the
laptop. If so you may need this CD (press F6 during
the install when prompted) during the install process
or after rebooting the laptop.
