32 bit vista to 64bit vista

I am kind of confused. I just bought Windows vista for upgrade version. Bit
it contains only 32 bit program. Actually my computer is based on 64 bit
computer. Anyway, I really wanted to see new feature of windows vista. so I
installed os program based on 32 bit. but can I reinstall 64 bit os system
later on without any product key problem? I already ordered 64 bit disk via
microsoft website.

Don't bother. You'll end up in Driver Hell.
