3 versions SVchost.exe

I have a little query more so than anything else. I have 3
versions of Svchost.exe running on my system (windows
2000). I am curious is this normal ? If it is then fine
but if not then any idea why i would have 3 different
processes of svchost.exe ?

This is normal. You will have multiple instances for low, medium, and high
priority services, and/or so that services don't have to "wait in line"
behind other services.
