3 instances of cli.exe running, seems to be taking up a lot of memory

can you guys verify if you have 3 instances of cli.exe running...Just
wondering. I've removed all of the program, chose svga on reboot, then
reinstalled....I've seen this on the all the new ccc drivers....Seems to be
using a lot of memory.....
