3 dvd drives listed on my computer but only one dvd installed

i have two hard drives C and D and i noticed lately that
i have 3 dvd drives, drive E,F and G on my computer, when
i hit my computer desktop icon the my computer
progperties comes up and i have 3 dvd drives listed but
only one dvd driv installed... should they all be there?
if not how do i get rid of the other two?

check to see if u have a program called Daemon Tools or a
program that emulates DVD/CD on your system. if in the
device manager it lists DVD drives as Generic STEALTH DVD
SCSI drives then that is the problem. although it's not
really a problem.

yes , you are right, i got daemon tools downloaded and
installed and lists one my dvd drive as Generic STEALTH
DVD ..

so it should be like that then? how do i know which one
is my real(original) dvd drive and what are the other
two.. one of the dvd drives must be for the daemon tools
right? can you explain a bit on this and what the three
drives are needed, all i know since i just downloaded the
tools is that is for mounting a cd image.
boy you picked up on that right away?
