3.5 floppy & cd rom

I have totally lost my cd rom & 3.5 floppy.I once had
Roxio Creator and Photosuite installed but removed them
and that hasn't helped. Some one HELP!

You haven't given enough information here. You lost the CD's or the drivers.
Where did you get the programs you are referring to?

device manager shows dvd/cd-rom & floppy disk working

properly. tried updating drivers but it tells me i have
the best match. system restore will go back in to any
other month but nov. so i can't use that either. totally
removed all roxio stuff be cause i read that would help
