I recently installed a second hard drive of 60Gb and
Windows XP initialised it as 30Gb. It shows up as a
30Gb drive and no matter what I try I cannot get XP to
recognise it as 60Gbs. I tried partitioning it with
Partition Magic but it won't go past 30Gb. I tried
diskpart from the command prompt but that did not work
either. I would like to be able to use the whole 60Gb,
so can anyone make any suggestions. The solution, I
believe, lies in the Logical Disk Manager but I cannot
get this command to operate, even from C:\WINNT\System32
\svchost.exe. It appears that this program only works
when a new disk is installed but will not work when that
disk is removed from showing up in Disk Manager and then
re-installed. HELP, please.
