2k3 pop up notification

[JJ]

I have a folder called employees that I have a rule set so
that anything from the company domain it would go to the
Employee folder. In 2k I would get a notification that new
mail would arive. Now I only get a notification when new
mail arives in my Inbox and not my other folder that
recives mail. How can I get this notification for this
folder?
