2007 - prompt for profile missing

I've installed Office 2007 - I have Outlook connecting to an Exchange server,
and also have Groupwise 7 installed connecting to a GW server. I need to
have outlook prompt me for a profile so that it will load the outlook profile
properly, but the option is missing. Can anyone tell me how to get it back??

I've gone to Control Panel, Mail, click on Show Profiles - Ask is not there
- I have my Outlook profile & my Novell profile.
