The setting is on the Picture ribbon, so you must select an image in order
to get to it. Then look over on the left in the "adjust" group.
Note that "automatically perform basic compression on save" is selected by
default, so your images will actually be compressed when you save the file.
(I feel a FAQ coming on...)

Notepad's plenty big enough to drive this brad home. ;-)
Besides, I don't think I've got OneNote on any of the computers that have the
software I use to make the FAQ. It'd just have to get saved back to a plain text
file anyhow.

Ah. We've graduated to the 250 pound hammer!
We will get you to use OneNote, just wait...

everything OneNote does but it's a great outliner and mini-contact database, it's now
free and it's simply the most reliable piece of software I've ever owned. I've been
using the same main file all that time (literally since Win 3.1) and have never lost a
byte of data.

Download, use, enjoy, no charge. Not a bad deal. True.
The network synch feature is simply amazing, btw. A bit tricky to set up but once it's
done, I can have the same data on as many computers as I like, all automatically synched
up whenever I'm on the network.

Very goodBut keep in mind that 2007 is way cooler than 2003 (which

*yawn* ON 2007 has a great syncing feature as well. It allows you to
make edits on the same page at the same time on two or more computers
and it still merges everything nicely together.
Oh, and it syncs easily
via a file share, a USB stick or SharePoint Server. You can also send
pages including embedded documents to other people via email with a
click.
Then you can integrate the whole thing with Outlook,
Oh, and not to forget, you can convert anything in ON into a blog post
with a few mouse clicks as well.
But, it doesn't get you a beer from the fridge...yet, at least![]()
Good for youAnd beta. I don't put real data in beta. ;-)

Yep. That's how I write my blog. That's a nice feature.
Oh, I didn't mention that feature? Do you like dark or light beer? Ecco will ... LOL!
... yeah, I wish!
