2003 SBS VPN

As soon as my smartphone connects to the VPN all the users get thrown off
the server. Desktops Exchange Etc.

It seems that when the VPN is setup the local Lan is disconnected to stop
pass through.

Any ideas on how to disable this ?
 
Windows VPN Server is virtual multihomed server. That mean you may have a connectivity or name resolution issue if configuring it incorrectly. This link may help,
