2003 PPT Background and text boxes not printing

I have a PPT 2003 slide presentation (using the application provided Teamwork
background) and when I print some slides print the text boxes and background,
but others only print the text box at the top of the slide but not the larger
text box and background.

I've made sure that all slides are using the same background, and have the
Order set so all text boxes are brought forward.

Is there anything else I can check or do?
