I have just had to reinstall Office due to a corrupt PST that simply refused
to die.Everything is working fine now, except for one thing. I have set
Outlook back up to send/receive every 10 minutes, and it isn't. I have it
minimised to the systray (whoops 'notification area'! ;o)) and the little
double envelopes haven't appeared in an hour, nor has there been any drive
activity.

SP1 and all subsequent updates are installed. OS is XP Pro with SP2.

Any clues...? Or is more info needed...?

Thanks

Are you certain someone's sent you something in that hour? What happens if
you manually execute send/receive? What happens if you switch to a
different folder and then back to Inbox?
