Hello!
I need some major help. I work on excel workbooks all day, copying and pasting from on workbook to another; and sometimes copying form a different program (SAP). My excel freezes to the point where I cannot save anything and I have to kill excel in order to go back to work.
A little about my computer:
Intel® Pentium® D CPU 3.40GHz
3.339GHz 3.00 GB of RAM
Anything else you need to know I can get for you…
My IT team has done the following to try to resolve the issue:
Upgrade my Ram
Upgraded my video card to maximum the company will allow
Un-installed excel and re-installed twice
Downloaded all service packs needed twice
Checked my hard drive for any corruption
The problem persists after 1 year of dealing with this crap and my IT team and I are at wits end with this freezing issue…Does anyone have any idea of what I can do?
