I'm having an intermittent problem with the supplier of my email
server
their technical people have asked me to send them the 'full headers'

"Without the full headers we cannot investigate further."

How do you do that in Outlook 2003?

Right click on message in inbox and select options. Internet Headers is at
the bottom of the dialog. (Just select with your mouse and then press ctrl
+ c to place on the clipboard for pasting into a new message.)

Thanks for getting back to me Neo
but on the problem emails the internet portion is blank
other emails do have info in the 'internet' field

Right click on message in inbox and select options. Internet Headers is at
the bottom of the dialog. (Just select with your mouse and then press ctrl
+ c to place on the clipboard for pasting into a new message.)

Due to the Swen virus, all e-mails sent to this account will be deleted
w/out reading.

Exchange or POP/IMAP account? The reason that I ask is that the only time
I've seen the field go blank is between to Exchange accounts in the same
site.
