2000 SP4 installation failure

In a strange kind of way U are lucky...for starters read the posts regarding
Problems with SP4...

Best practice...create a backup (image is a very goodoption) B4 installing
SP4...Ummm regarding yourinstall error, try Downloading the SP4 again...then
reinstall...

Keep the Image Backup within reach of you!
