2000 - Do not want User name "banner" to print

A user has acquired a PST file as a part of a case and wants to print the
emails with the normal form/sent/to/subject but without the user name
"banner" with his name on it. These emails are part of a case (law firm)
that will be presented as part of the trial process. Is there a way to
accomplish this in 2000 or 2002? I have tried to modify styles with no
success.

yes. as i recall in outlook 2000, all you had to do was create an outlook
profile with ONLY the pst as a service. so, do not add an exchange mailbox
or other service. under these circumstances, that 'banner' is not displayed.
