To/from/subject/date info not printing on SENT e-mails

We recently got new computers throughout the office and we've noticed that
when we print e-mails (that have been sent -- not drafts), it no longer
includes the to/from/subject date info at the top of the page. It starts
immediately with just the body of the e-mail message.

If it's part of a response/forward, it seems to include the previous
e-mails' information, but not the last. (I work at a law firm and these are
documents going into files, so having that information is necessary.)

Thanks in advance!
