2 users same pc without exchange - is it possible?

In one office I do work for, they are using Outlook 2000
to pop out to a mail provider. They have two part time
people using the same computer. Without using exchange,
can you configure Outlook to prompt for a different user
account on startup so each user can have their own pop
account, pst contacts etc?

You can create in your control panel|mail a second profile with independent
settings.
