2 simple chat page questions

I'm trying to format my chat page so that the last message in is the first message displayed and I can't figure it out. Can you help?

I - or my user can post to my chat page and I can't figure out why. Could I be out of space? How do I check and if necessary give my chat page more space?

Are you talk about the guest book, as FP doesn't have a chat component?

If the guest book, please provide the URL to it.
