2 Problems

i have 2 issues that are killing me.
1. i have lost all access to help and support files. system restore did not
help. i was unable to access anything through dos.
2. how does one install programs to run with all users, so that we do not
have to be on as administrator to have access to evrything? thanks in advance.

Hi,

All I can think of is:

1) These may be on your Win XP disc

2) Normally, if you install a programme, it will work on any user account,
it does for me
