1. All of my documents and programs are stuck on opening with Paint Shop Pro
if I clickon the icon or folder directly. The only way to actually open a
file or start a program is to right-click and choose open or explore. By the
way, my top option is always a bold-printed "open using Paint Shop Pro".

2. I have a Dell Inspiron 1200 Notebook with a Windows XP operating system.
It's like a week old. When ever my computer tries to hybernate, I get a
warning that my "Convexant (somethingorother) Modem is preventing the
computer from hybernating". I have really tried to figure out how to adjust
that setting on the modem but I have had no success finding where I have
access to change it, which is also the basic idea with problem #1 as well.

spaceangel420,

1. Is the problem seen for files or folders. If for files, mention the file
type?
2. A modem driver update might help. Check with Dell support for more
information.
