2 instances or copies of the same .pst always open

Opening Outlook 2003 always opens 2 instances of the same .pst file. One has
the Outlook Today icon and the othe one has a Folders icon. I want to have
only one open, yet in right clicking, both have "Close ..." greyed out.

The Profile is corrupt, configure a new one via the mail appplet in control
panel, with OL closed
