2 Hard Drives - no old data!

I had my old hard drive installed in my new machine, hoping to still access
all the photos I had in my documents file. I'm not able to access that
folder, however, but CAN get into program files, etc. from the old machine.
Any suggestions? Decrypting? It claims that the old my documents is an empty
folder- but it shouldn't be!

You may have to take ownership of the folder/files.
