2 errors on my computer

hey hope someone can help... i have two errors with me
system. first, my graphics are all fuzy now, not nearly
as crisp or as sharp as before and occassionally after
closing a window i have this blinking of the page as it
closes in red. second, i have a program error, with the
svchost.exe saying that has genereated errors and it needs
to be closed. what do i do to correct these issues.

Don't know about the graphics problem (have you changed ANYTHING
about your video card's driver?) but the svchost problem may be
due to a known virus
