2 computers and 2 outlooks

Maybe you can help me with this problem i am having
I have Outlook 2003 on 2 of my computers, a laptop and a pc but i would like to synchronize the email so that way i will have the updated email and possilby contacts on each of the computer. is there any way for them to synchronize automatically and how. Thank you
