The Windows XP Home is still reading 33gb HD. The BIOS is dated 11/2003, I have SP1, ATAPI driver is version 5.1.2600.1135 but I don't have EnableBigLba in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Atapi\Parameters\. The Motherboard is from MSI with Pent.4 - 2.6, the HD is from Western Digital (180 gb). I did have the HD pin set to Master/Single and had the same problem; reset to defalt again

Check your bios settings
