Why does win 2000 only see 130 gb of my 160GB drive? SP4 is installed.....

It should see about 156, remember sellers are selling 160.0GB but the is by
decimal 1000 - whereas for computers it have tro be divided by 1024 to get the
right number

Start/run/regedit
(if unsure export registry for safety)
select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
navigate to system/services/atapi/parameters or
system/currentcontrolset/services/atapi/parameters
right click for new
Select Dword name it EnableBigLba (take note of case)
set value to 1
end regedit
reboot

That will correct it
