If feasible, consider doing an uninstall of the program with the Add/Remove
programs applet in Control Panel. Or, if not present in the applet, then,
physically delete it from the computer, esp. the mapv.eve file. Then try
re-installing from the disc.

You need to replace wow32.dll in ..\system32 & ..\system32\dllcache. Google
"wow32.dll" for more info. Good luck.

The above warning is true only if you are communicating with a known,
suspected, or potential terrorist in a foreign country, or if you are a
known, suspected, or potential terrorist yourself, or if you have not signed
the promise not to overthrow or attempt to overthrow the government during
the academic school year 2007-2008. Or if you are a Communist in southern
California.

Seriously, though, the government has been intercepting enemy communications
since telegraph lines were tapped during the Second War of Independence.
This is constitutionally permitted under the president's Article II powers.
