128 bit encryption

I can't seem to find a download for windows xp for 128
bit encryption
 
Windows XP is a 32-bit operating system. It already includes
Internet Explorer which has 128-bit cipher strength. No download is necessary.
 
If you're looking for it for Internet Explorer go to Help, About, and it
will tell what's installed.
