what good is outlookexpress or
hotmail if i cant use them

I don't understand the question -- why can you not use them?

They are both free... Outlook Express is included with Internet Explorer,
and hotmail only requires you register.

But, just for the record, this newsgroup is dedicated to Q&A about Microsoft
Access database software, so even if you clarify, you really need to find
newsgroups that deal with each of those products.

Microsoft/Hotmail is not providing sending through
email through Outlook Express any longer. You have
to log in via Hotmail HTTP access to send email. MS
and Hotmail are planning on breaking the Outlook
Express / POP3 capabilities for Hotmail as well.

Hotmail is going 100% pay per mail? It'll soon be cheaper
to use snail mail?
