100% CPU at all time!!!!!!!!!!

Can you please help me with this problem? CPU seems to run
at 100 % all the time...what is causing this?

How do you know it's running at 100%? From the task manager? If so, you're
half way there. Look at the processes tab and sort by CPU to find the
offending application. (System Idle Process at 99% or something high is a
good thing, btw.)

Yes from the task manager and if I look under processes
the SVChost.exe is the one at 99% and if I look under
performance in the task manager the CPU usage is always at
100% and it goes on teh red side a lot....can you please
help?
 
YES I PROMISE.

but the problem is that I can't connect to the internet
from this one...it has a DHCP and IRPRIP problem.
