10 XP PC's sharing one lame Proxy Svr - how to restrict website access?

HI
I've got 10 PC's a small office network sharing an
Internet connection using a Symantec VPN100.

The PC's get their IP info via DHCP from the Symantec
(Proxy svr/Firewall) and are able to access the Internet
no problem.

Now I want to limit the Internet Access to 10 websites and
only those 10 websites. The Symantec does not support
this option.

Is there anyway to control website access using XP
Policies and users?

thanks

oh yeah..they are runnin Windows XP Pro and I'm hoping
there is some combination of policies or contol that will
allow me to setup the network such that all usrers can
access 10 websites but only those 10 websites.

I don't know the Symantec product you mention, but a couple of possibilities
spring to mind...

1) on the firewall: block outgoing packets to all destination addresses
except the 10 IP addresses of the permitted sites, or block the inbound
replies from all but those sites.

2) Block external DNS lookups and provide local DNS resolution ( either a
DNS server or HOSTS file ) for the sites you permit.
