1 user account, 2 separate outlook profiles/accounts needed

I am running Outlook 2003 on XP home edition. I only want to have 1 user account, but I need 2 separate email profiles in Outlook. I know this is possible in Windows 2002 by just going to "Mail" in the Control Panel and setting up 2 different profiles, then each person logs onto Outlook everytime it opens up.

In XP, I don't have this choice within "Mail" on the Control Panel. It seems the only way to do this is to create 2 windows user accounts.

Is there a way to have only 1 user account, but 2 separate Outlook profiles like in Windows 2002?

Outlook 2002 you mean? Yes, make sure Outlook is set as the default mail
program in Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
If this doesn't work do a repair on Office
