1 HD in RAID-5 failure

Dear sir,
My server show status 1 HD do not response and can not reactive. I already
change HD. But I can not add or assign new HD to RAID-5. System define New
volume HD. How can I reslove this. I use 5 HD to do RAID-5.

If software raid click on Rebuild Array.
If hardware raid go into the raid bios
and rebuild the array [not reinitialize! but rebuild]
