0x05 and 0x0A errors

Here is my configuration and problem:
IBM T41 thinkpad
Centrino 1.6
HDD 60 GB
512 RAM
ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9000
Operating software WIN XP PRO

Recently installed SP2, upgraded WMP to WMP10 and installed DIVX codec
because WMP10 didn't show videos.
In last few days i started getting blue screen with 0x05 errors in
win32k.sys. Disabled virus scan (McAfee) and went for updates in WIN XP.
While installing one, blue screen appeared again but this time with 0x0A
error.

What to do?
