0x0000007e error! Cant load windows! HELP NECESARY

Ok, whenever i restart my system, xp loads. XP works for
a few seconds and then it goes to a blue screen. All it
says is this "stop" message.

"Stop 0x0000007E (Oxc0000005,0x00000000, 0xf0bd3490,
0xf0bd3190) "

There should be additional information on the blue screen after the
stop message. Can you elaborate?

Install XP on top of XP.
