zoombrowser for canon

I keep getting the pop up box with the error message "AB module has
encountered a problem and needs to close, please let microsoft know there is
a problem....
I tried reinstalling the software, but I still get this message.
Has anyone else seen this when using ZoomBrowser EX 5.0 for canon?

I went to the site that you suggested, but there was only information
about upgrading to version 5, which is the one that I have.
The zoombrowser did work until I loaded an update for windows XP?
Any ideas.
