XPe License

Hello

My company uses XPe SP2.0 and I've got some questions about the license.
We've purchased the Runtimes Licenses for each pc that we install XPe onto,
and place the sticker on the front of the PC. The real question that the
devices we makes are then part of a larger system that gets sold to our end
customers. Is this process against the license, and is there any
documentation on the web I can refer too?

I just want to cover myself, because I'm sure someday out TPIP (Third Party
Intellectual Property)dept will ask.

Jason,

your company has to sign a Embedded OEM Agreement
to Microsoft (CLA) before buying the embedded licenses.

You will find all the documentation and definitions in there.
