Resale of XPe

Hello

The company I work creates hardware test solution and the controller for
this test solution. We use it internal, but we also sell out test solution
to outside customers. Obviously when we install XPe onto a pc, we also
attach the license sticker.

Is there anything in violation with this situation?

Is it a piece of paper that we actually sign? We've bought the XPe dev
studio through our OEM, and received a PID from them and have a license
sticker.

Is this something I need to pursue through the OEM?

Yes, there is a little more to it. You might want to talk to a local
Microsoft distributor for more information.
