xp update

[HELP PLZ]

when i try to get SP1 it tells me that C;\windows\system32
\drivers\atapi.sys is open does anyone what is useing it
so i can close it and finish the update

Hi,
This error message can be caused by virtual drive software.
As a curiosity, do you use daemon tools?If then try to uninstall Daemon
Tools, and try the update again.
If you use Alcohol's virtual drive then disable that and try updates again.
