XP losing drive and printer connections

Network with 4 XP Pro workstations, Win2000 workstations
and a Win2000 Domain server.

All XP workstations appear to be loosing connections to
network drives and printers after sitting idol (about an
hour). Need to re-login to gain access to network
printers and drives.

Any ideals?
