XP crashing & I dont know why =(

[Mark*Needs*Help]

Can someone please help me ive been having this problem
for about 5 months now...This is what it says in the event
viewer everytime it crashes [ID 20192]A certificate could
not be found. Connections that use the L2TP protocal over
IPSec require the installation of a machine certificate,
also known as a computer certificate . No L2TP protocals
will be accepted.........Can someone please help me figure
out why my cpu is freezing when this happens? someone
please help =)

Try add/remove programs,windows components,edit the tabs,
theres alot to chk for xp,accessories is the only one
thats not related to much for the OS.Have you entered
the nos.,errors in Help/support,search in XP for answers.
