Event ID: 20192

I have a question for you guys. What I'm trying to do is
re-install symantec antivirus server on one of our
servers. I removed it and everything and when I tried to
re-install it, it gives me an error. It also gives me and
event ID: 20192 in the Event Viewer.

Which says "A certificate could not be found. Connections
that use the L2TP protocol over IPSec require the
installation of a machine certificate, also known as a
computer certificate. No L2TP calls will be accepted.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I might have to do
here to get this to work????
