XP - 95 - 95

I love these boards.....

I have three computers networked via a Linksys Router and
all was working fine....file, and printer sharing... until
my son chose to play around with the passwords on the XP
machine. Now I can see each of the 95 machines from each
other and use either of the 95 printers from each of the
95 machines but the XP has vanished. Can't see the XP from
any of the 95's and can't see the 95's from the XP. I used
to be able to go into the XP's network places and see the
Linksys router, but now all I see is the network card
(Local Area Connection) and the 1394 adapter (Fire wire
card for his iPod).

We always have to logon (MS Network) with the 95 machines
but never had to with the XP.

Thanks for your time,
Robert

Make sure that XP's Internet Connection Firewall is disabled on the
LAN connection: go to its Properties | Advanced.

If you can't figure out what the problem is, you can run System
Restore on the XP machine to go back to a time when everything was
working.
