xp comp on 95 network

can i connect to computers on an existing network where all teh machines
have 95 on them . My comp. is the only one with xp

just did it with a mix of 95 ,98 ,98SE,NT40 ...dropped XPpro in the mix
(had to tinker a bit with protocols...ended up using just tcp/ip for all)

works fine:>

I had a problem sharing files between XP and 2000
computers on my home network. After reading Steve's
column I got it going right away. It turns out my subnet
was different on my workstations than on my router box.
I matched the workstation subnets to match the router and
it worked immediately.
