worm removed I think, now restore ?????????????

I truned of restore, cleand my machine with McAfee
(W32/Licia.worm.dll in 10 places). I downloaded all the
windows updated. Then restarted the machine. I trunned on
restore and when I clicked on System /Restore Setting a
pop up stating system32\Restore rstrui.exe running
suspicious script was stopped. Is rstrui.exe someing I
need to find and remove or what is it. Not sure what to
ask?
